Burning of the Greens

To celebrate the end of the Christmas season, the ritual of burning of the greens (trees and wreaths) symbolizes the light of Christ dispelling darkness and the transition into the season of Epiphany. Come enjoy king cake and hot chocolate at the home of Sam and Catherine Collier.
